Considering the Rebel Millionaire System? Perhaps you're giving thought to the short sale riches turbocharged method? Hmm.

Hooked on Overages written by R. Dawson. This program offers wonderful information and is well written. The program teaches folks how to get overages from tax sale foreclosures. But, these overages are not plentiful. This is because most of the foreclosures held by the county need to be either without mortgages or liens or had to be the rare situation that had a mortgage company that did not react to the county's notification of the impending tax foreclosure. That is seriously rare. Further, the price tag for this system is a yikes inspiring sixteen hundred plus dollars == no we're not kidding...
But look, it is still a short sale program. Same stuff, different day. You put yourself between the bank and the end buyer. Yes there's some different angles here. But you're still chasing extremely difficult deals, with a limited prospective base. However, if the bank choose to foreclose instead, the bank wipes out all claims behind it on the property. At just under a grand, again a tough price tag. Don't forget that even with a low amount of money down for earnest money, you have to have a lot of lines in the water to get a deal to fly, so there can be substantial out of pocket.

This program is by Rick Dawson.. This teaches how to get the deed prior to a tax sale in order to own it redemption cost. Great upshot potential, strong program, great price point. BUT, it works only in trust deed states and you do in fact have to flip the property. You own the property - however cheap - and still have all the headache associated with ownership. Most cases, speaking from experience, that is unrealistic. This is the case regardless of how you phrase your approach. It is inexpensive.
Third product by Rick Dawson is Court house riches. Actually pretty cool. Good bit of info, combining a number of systems. But about a grand for this? Yikes. Maybe a nice re-packaged way to extend sales and audience?
J Beck's free and clear real estate system. It's a tax sale investment system. This is well written, detailed. At less than twenty dollars, this is really well priced. Two big issues though. And there's a lot of complaints about attempted back end up selling. Not bait and switch, but borderline.

Basically, it's a different take on buying deeds on property coming up for tax sale foreclosure.. You still have to flip it to capture equity. Unless you've been under a rock, the thought of having to re-sell the property, regardless of how cheap, doesn't turn you on. Good for you, Jack Bosch.
Okay, let's look at the Rebel Millionaire System. Gotta admit, this has a good side to it. We like the partner up option. But they're proud of this course. And the banks aren't stupid. And, you still stuck with creating income out of thin air. Sorry, not our top choice.

And then there is judgment recovery business courses. Particulary judgement recovery biz start up training systems: A year ago we would be telling you to choose this route. Wonderful systems and incredible materials at great prices. There's good reason for this. Because the States are passing law after law limiting a judgment recovery specialists chance to collect debt. Missed the boat on this one.

We saved the best for less. What we like about this program is the way its run. Shawn and company teach people how to pull down crazy money. AND, they fund the people who buy the program if they need it, even doing the deals and paying out a commission on the gross. This is groundbreaking. Number one system, bar none. This is exactly what the doctor ordered. Broker Price Opinion is a far cry from this
